For our prints of clothing with design for artists, we use DTG (Direct to Garment) technology which allows small quantities to be printed with high resolution without color limits. Ideal for works with lots of detail. For printing for groups or companies, we use DTG or screen printing.

If you don't request it, our orders for more than 75 items of clothing are screen printed.

Producing clothes by DTG printing is without a doubt the most environmentally friendly way to produce and print clothes. There is no printing of clothes until an order is placed. So there is no waste, no unsold clothing, no obsolete inventory, no product thrown away. The ink used is ECO PASSPORT certified by oeko-tex® and allows the use for clothing for adults and babies.

For clothing, our maximum print is 14 inches by 16 inches or 35.56 cm by 40.64 cm.

We send the payment of commissions when they have exceeded the balance of 25$, on the 30th day of the month following the sale. We thus give our customers the possibility of making an exchange or a refund in case of error.

Yes, by uploading your works to Pixel Pixel you keep the rights to your works and can use them as you wish. You are part of the family, let us know your needs by email and we can offer you our “ARTIST” rate for your prints.

Your files should be in PNG format with a resolution of at least 4200px by 4800px at 300dpi. We have several types of format: portrait, square landscape. Your resolution should be at least 20 megapixels (hxw).

For canvas in square format, a file with a resolution of 4500px x 4500px gives 20.25 Megapixels which is perfect.

• Any artist can open an account on Pixel Pixel. After submitting your works to us, we will evaluate their content.

We want to present our clients with original, quality and non-judgmental works. We also want to protect copyright and take the necessary measures if we have a reasonable doubt as to the legality of distributing a work without infringing the rights of an artist, a company or a rights holder. We also reject any form of hatred, violence or sexism.

There must not be any third party intellectual property, logo, trademark or copyrighted material.

• You are a business and want to have a sales area for your customers. You just have to upload your logo, configure the different products and add or remove the ones that suit your business the most.

It is possible that if you operate a gym or a bar, your customers do not necessarily want to buy a canvas or a onesie. 😊

For businesses, the products are limited to your commercial space. Thus, your products will not be accessible on our home page or our works page.

When you own the copyright in a work, you control how it is used in order to protect its value. Those who wish to use the work must purchase it or obtain your permission.

In general, an original work is automatically protected by copyright as soon as you create it.

Your copyright exists in Canada for your entire life and 50 years after your death. Subsequently, the work will belong to the public domain and anyone can use it. This is the case for most works, but there are some exceptions.

Thus, by adding your works, drawings, images, photos or infographics to Pixel Pixel, you enter into a contractual relationship with Pixel Pixel and authorize us to distribute your works for the sole purpose of promoting your works and generating sales according to our User policy. We will pay you your reproduction rights - which we colloquially call "commissions".

Certainly! Pixel Pixel promotes the platform, but to be successful, promoting your business space on social media makes all the difference.

Also, by adding the coordinates of your social media in your “dashboard” we will be able to “tag” you on the publications containing your products and generate more traffic and interest for your works and for your social portfolio.
