Register as a seller
Add your artist name (shop name) and the url name of your shop.
You will then receive a confirmation email which will give you access to the configuration page of your commercial space. Enter your personal information. Customers will only have access to your email, if you allow it.
Add your paypal account for commission payments.
The "dashboard"
This is the place where you have access to your sales reports and the personalized configuration of your commercial space. You can add a banner, a profile picture and your bio.

You can now access our product designer.
You just have to choose a starting product that corresponds well to the format of your work:
- Clothing (Portrait)
- Canvas (Landscape, portrait, square)
- Cushion (square)
It may therefore be that when choosing a garment, the configuration of the canvas needs to be touched up.
Only one type of file possible:
PNG with transparent background.
A PNG file is great for not seeing the color around your main subject. In some very specific cases you might also want to keep your background image for aesthetic reasons, but generally the results are inconclusive.
JPEG or PNG with image without transparent background.
Simply transforming a jpeg image to png format does not remove the background of the image. Photoshop or other tools such as www.remove.bg will allow you to remove the background from an image.
You would think that an image with a black background on a black sweater will not cause a problem. Usually the black of the garment will not be the same as the printed black and will give poor quality results.
* Advanced concept: The black hex: 000000 will be transparent on a black garment since it is replaced by the black of the garment.
Ideal image resolution: 20 Megapixel.
Since we have products of different ratios and formats (landscape or portrait), the golden rule is to respect a minimum of 20MP to cover all our products. This resolution will allow your file to print at 300dpi
For example:
4200 * 4800 = 20,160,000 = 20.1MP = Good
5400 * 5400 = 29,160,000 = 29.1MP = Good
4200 * 2000 = 16,800,000 = 16.8MP = insufficient
In illustrator, use “save for web” “PNG-24” “Transparency” “Art optimized” (drawing, illustration) or “Type optimized” (lettering) and a resolution of 20MP.
Product creation.
After integrating your design you can start creating products.
About forty products will be configured automatically.
You just have to choose the default color for each garment and check the positioning which can be changed with the “edit” function. Clothing will be available in all colors.
After you finish, all you have to do is wait for your products to be approved so that they are available on PIXEL PIXEL.
